  • The Oklahoma Public Private Partnership (P3) Program allows Oklahoma communities to apply for utilization of the state's Pooled Finance Program for infrastructure development when there is also a benefit to for-profit companies in the region. These projects include critical infrastructure needs identified by the local government entity that will contribute to the competitiveness of the region's economy and are essential for government functions.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Awarded funds will not cover 100% of the total project costs, and the project MUST begin within 6 months of application approval.
